Alejandro Rodriguez

Alejandro has over 10 years of experience with hair styling, cuts and color. He took extensive training in cut and color with Vidal Sassoon Chicago and worked with VS for over 4 years in Northbrook. He also has advanced training in customized color with Aveda. He went on to open his own Salon/Spa in 2007 and has continued his effort in helping you look and feel your best!!!

 

 

Juanita Bell

Juanita Bell is a Professional Makeup artist and Licensed Esthetician who studied at the Aveda Institute Chicago. She specializes in eyebrow shaping, brazilian waxing, microderabrasion, custom facial massage and skin treatments for sensitive/aging/problematic skin. Juanita has done makeup for local Chicago based artists, models and photographers from bridal to high fashion.

Loxy Oliva

I finished from the top four of my class in 2003 from Pivot Point Academy. I then went to work at my first salon in the Gold Coast on 70 E. Walton at Urbana Salon as well as assisting the stylist there, Kathy Kastro was one among the top educators for Mario Tricocci for about 10 yrs in cutting. I then had taken a step further to educate myself in enrolling at Vidal Sassoon Academy in London, U.K. at bond st. and in Mayfair of the end of '04-'05. This course was an advance course in cutting that took approx. 3 months to complete along with a wk creative color course using the color line Wella. At the end of our course we had to display a soiree of our color and cut which are the pictures shown. I eventually came back to Chicago where I came to work for Sassoon Studio which was a different concept of Vidal Sassoon where we were allowed to do both cut and color, which also was located in Northbrook Crt. I ended up staying with the company for 3 yrs until the company had gone back to the original concept of being departmentalized. I am currently at Connection salon where i can enjoy doing both cut and color and not be limited to doing only one field. The salon has recently made the transition in bringing in Aveda products as well as color. With Aveda color being 97% naturally derived formula which can deliver fade resistance. As well as its costum made color designed to achieve each clients best interest, we can eliminate brassiness or enhance one's faded color. To be where im at today is my experience from being open-minded and teachable. I continue to learn and broaden my horizon by staying envolved in all the new and updated science of hair.
